Lead time of shipment

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped and / or delivered on certain public holidays. Due to the global outbreak of COVID-19, a delivery may take longer than usual.  do not hesitate to Contact for questions about the shipment of your order. We are ready to help you.

 

Shipping costs and delivery times 

VIGI® offers free parcel shipping within the Netherlands. Shipping costs apply to other countries.

The shipment

VIGI® will make reasonable efforts to deliver the order to the delivery address within the expected delivery times. If we are dealing with many orders or other unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed. Allow for extra days of transport for delivery. If there is a foreseen delay in the shipment of your order, we will inform you by email.

If a shipment is delayed or cannot be executed or can only be partially executed, we will inform you of this as soon as reasonably possible after the order has been placed. In that case you can dissolve the agreement free of charge.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will try to offer the product again at a later time. If this is not possible, the package can be picked up at a collection point. You will then receive a notification in your letterbox.

 

Shipping to a PO Box 

We can only fulfill an order to a delivery address that is a home or work address in one of the countries that can be selected when you choose the delivery address. We do not send deliveries to PO boxes.

 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

 

Customs duties and import charges 

VIGI® is not responsible for any customs duties and / or import charges for your shipment. All fees imposed during or after the shipment of your order are your responsibility (such as duties, taxes, etc.).

Damage, incomplete shipments, losses or incorrectly delivered products 

We request that you contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours from the moment you have received the order and no later than 4 days after receipt, if you: 

  • order is in damaged or incomplete condition;
  • receive products that you have not ordered; or
  • have not received your order.

In these cases we will find a suitable solution for you. You must always notify us of the above situation (s) and await our instructions.

We will bear the costs for any replacement delivery and will then ensure that the correct products are sent. The starting point is that you have followed instructions for return shipment.

If you return one or more products at your own expense, without first contacting us and waiting for our instructions, you cannot reclaim the shipping costs incurred by you. Nor can you hold us responsible for the return shipment that took place without our prior instructions.

We do everything we can to find the best possible solution. If the order is lost in transit or if you claim that you have not received the order (even though tracking data shows receipt), we will initiate an investigation with the appropriate carrier.

We will usually wait for the results of the investigation process and resend you a new product or refund the purchase price if it is confirmed that the shipment has been lost by the carrier. You agree to fully cooperate with our carrier during the conduct of the investigation.

The risk of damage and / or loss to / from the shipment rests with VIGI® until the moment of delivery of the order at the delivery address, unless otherwise agreed. If there are problems with the shipment of an order due to an error in the delivery address made by the customer, VIGI® cannot be held liable for the (partial) loss of the shipment.
