Refund policy
A cooling-off period of 30 days applies to all products, which starts on the day you receive the last product of your order. The return process must be initiated within this period.
Return shipments from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany cost € 2.95. For other countries you pay the regular shipping costs that the carrier uses for a shipment to the return address.
Your item may be returned if:
- the article is undamaged
- the item is unused (no traces of use)
- the plastic seal around the article has not been removed
- on a watch, the small plastic that is under the pin to activate the watch has not been removed
- it falls within the period within 30 days of purchase.
Your return will not be accepted in the following cases, among others:
- The item has user damage
- The original packaging is missing
- The plastic seal is missing
- The small plastic that is under the pin to activate the watch has been removed
- The defect is not covered by the warranty
- Gift cards cannot be returned

This is how you return a product
Return your product (s)? We ask you to take the following steps:
STEP 1
Fill it online return form in.
STEP 2
You will receive an email from us with which you can register the items for return to the carrier. You fill in the details and print the shipping label.
STEP 3
Use sturdy packaging to pack the product, make sure that the product is well protected and cannot move freely to avoid damage in transit. Attach the shipping label to the package.
STEP 4
Hand in your package at a PostNL counter. When you hand in your return, you will receive a proof of shipment. Keep this shipping receipt in a safe place.
Within 7 working days of receipt, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your return package.
Refund
The full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs for forwarding, will be transferred to your account as soon as possible, no later than 14 days! If you return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be transferred to your account.
We are allowed to withhold a refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have shown that you have returned the goods. Did you pay with a gift card? Then you will also be reimbursed with a gift card.
Return conditions
- We ask you to always state your order number.
- You can register your return within 30 days of receiving the order. You then have another 14 days to actually return the product.
- The product is undamaged and has no signs of wear. If the product is damaged or shows signs of wear, we can charge you a depreciation.
- The product must be packed in - if reasonably possible - original packaging with supplied accessories, warranty certificates and instructions for use.
- The box may be opened to view the article and possibly fit it as you can do in our stores. There is no need to remove labels, stickers, cards & protective plastic and adjust watch straps.
- When you have placed an order that has been partially or fully paid with our gift card, the amount will be returned to your gift card as a credit.
In the following cases we can charge you for a reduction in value:
- The return shipment is not provided with any promotional items that you received with the order.
- The gift box cannot be returned and the costs for this will not be refunded.
- If the product is returned damaged, but can be repaired, we will contact you about the handling. In this case it is possible that costs will be charged.
- If the product is returned damaged and / or with signs of wear, but cannot be repaired, we will contact you. In that case, the depreciation can amount to 100% of the purchase amount.
Sending your return
You are responsible for returning the product and bear all risks related to the return shipment. We recommend returning products with an insured shipment and in sturdy packaging. If an insured return is missing, damaged or if receipt of a return is refused (for example, if the carrier cannot show a valid signature), there is the option to hold the carrier liable. Keep the (official, digital) proof of the return shipment with the tracking information.
If you return your products in another way, for example by registered mail or via another carrier, the full costs are for yourself.

Using the right of withdrawal
During a trial period of 14 days after receipt of the product, you have the legal right to withdraw from the agreement, without giving reasons for the withdrawal (legal right of withdrawal). You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you decide to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
