Can my order be delayed?

Due to the unexpectedly large number of online orders in the Netherlands during this special time, PostNL has indicated that it cannot guarantee the delivery time. Allow for a delay of 1 to 2 days. For the most up-to-date information about the delivery status of your package, we refer to PostNL.

What kind of warranty do I have on a watch?

You have a standard 2-year warranty on the VIGI® watch, from the original purchase date under the conditions of this warranty. The warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp in the warranty booklet is required as proof of purchase.

During the warranty period, the watch, hands and dial are the only components covered by this warranty. A covered part will be repaired or the watch replaced without charge, if it is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.<

VIGI® biedt kosteloze pakketverzending binnen Nederland. Voor andere landen gelden wel verzendkosten.

Is retourneren gratis?

Retourzendingen vanuit Nederland, België en Duitsland kost € 2,95. Voor andere landen betaal je de reguliere verzendkosten die de vervoerder hanteert voor een zending naar het retouradres.

Your VIGI® watch is warranted for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date under the terms of this warranty. The warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp in the warranty booklet is required as proof of purchase.

During the warranty period, the watch, hands and dial are the only components covered by this warranty. A covered part will be repaired or the watch replaced without charge, if it is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

In case of replacement, VIGI® cannot guarantee that you will receive the same watch model. If the model is not available, a watch with the same value and style will be delivered. The warranty for the replacement watch ends two (2) years from the date the replacement watch is received.
